The Technologies, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Sector Department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo forms part of the CMS TMT Group, which provides advice on a national and international basis to media and audiovisual producers, entertainment companies, artists and telecommunications companies, etc.

This includes a large number of clients associated with e-commerce, computer law, the Internet and software and marketing databases, all of which are involved in peak sectors and require specialised expertise. The Department also prepares all types of sector-specific agreements, and advises on related matters such as evaluation of the liability of Information Society Providers.

Our lawyers draw from their vast experience in order to provide practical and effective solutions for our clients. Since the firm was established, we have offered advice and drafted agreements regarding the optimum design of contractual structures for the improved protection of intangible assets, and provided representation and consultation in relation to negotiations or any potential conflicts or disputes that may arise.
