The Technologies, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Sector Department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo forms part of the CMS TMT Group, which provides advice on a national and international basis to media and audiovisual producers, entertainment companies, artists and telecommunications companies, etc.

The Department also prepares all types of sector-specific agreements, and advises on related matters such as evaluation of the liability of Information Society Providers.
