We have expertise in advising both Private Equity Entities and Sellers which allows us to have a view from both perspectives.

Within the CMS organization, of which CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo is a member, we have created a Private Equity Group comprised of lawyers from each of the CMS firms and jurisdictions, the purpose of which is to analyse movements within the sector, client needs, legal changes or transactions in which a CMS Firm has been involved.

This allows CMS lawyers to be constantly updated and in the best position to meet the client's expectations, even in transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.
