Javier Mendieta’s practice focuses on defense in Court and pre-litigation advice in civil, commercial and bankruptcy law, and in arbitration.
He represents and advises domestic and international clients, which are active in various economic sectors, in contractual and corporate disputes, real estate and constrution controversies, liability claims related to investments in the financial sector and stock market, unfair competition and antitrust law, distribution contracts, as well as in pre-insolvency matters and defense of claims or contracts in bankruptcy proceedings.
