Insolvency Proceedings

Preparation for voluntary or involuntary insolvency, drafting agreements and following the liquidation process where appropriate

In the event that the client is a debtor in insolvency proceedings, accompanying them throughout the entire insolvency, actively participating in the insolvency ruling section, in addition to taking any action necessary in the interests of the insolvent

In the event that the client is one of the affected creditors, ensuring that the corresponding credit is notified correctly, defending the correction of same where appropriate, in addition to executing the relevant guarantees.
Corporate restructuring
Our practitioners search for the suitable adaptation to the particular economic situation in which our clients find themselves, including the proposal of specific plans and the taking of appropriate measures in collaboration with other departments such as finance, tax, commercial, property, etc.
Finally, the department advises both national and international companies belonging to all economic sectors, and its highly technical capability is applied to cross-border matters where required.
