Expertise
Joined CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo in 2009 as a Partner of the Tax Law Practice. He was one of the founding partners of Briones, Alonso, Martín y Asociados. Following its merger with Baker & McKenzie from January 2001 to September 2009, he became a Partner of the Tax Law Practice of this Firm. He served as a Tax Inspector at the Spanish Ministry of Finance, currently on leave (1989), and Deputy General Director of Legal Regulation and Assistance at the General Directorate of Finance and Tax Inspection.
