Expertise

Eduardo Apilánez is specialised in both national and international M&A transactions, including, inter alia, the coordination and execution of cross-border mergers, restructuring of major groups of multinational companies, as well as the drafting and negotiation of the relevant letters of intent, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, SPAs, business unit purchase agreements, etc. Furthermore, Eduardo Apilánez has provided advise on public take-over bids relating to publicly listed companies, and on other proceedings brought before the Spanish Securities Exchange Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores).
