Joined the Madrid Bar Association on 15 September, 1983. 
Joined our firm in 1998.

Education

B.A. and Master’s degree in Law, Complutense University of Madrid. Member of the Bar Association in Alcalá de Henares (1989); Toledo (1991); La Rioja (1993); Estella (1993); Pamplona (1993); Cantabria (1995) and Valencia (1998). Attended numerous training courses at the Pontificia de Comillas University (ICAI-ICADE) and at the Centre for Studies and Research of the Madrid Bar Association and at the Judicial School of the General Council of the Judiciary in matters such as economic offence, monetary offence, extradition, civil liability in liberal professions, industrial law, etc.

Expertise

Wide professional experience in matters involving criminal, civil, business and constitutional law, taking part in numerous forensic proceedings before the Provincial Courts, the National Court, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. In the past few years his professional activities have been especially centred on economic criminal law and trademark and competition law.
