Expertise
Beltrán is specialised in advising on regulatory/financial/stock market matters, including securitization of assets, repackaging and structured financing (FTAs, FTHs and pan-European securitizations with experience in wide range of assets including RMBS, CMBS, ABS or pan-European ABCP), as well as other stock market transactions (issuance of mortgage bonds, rights, obligations and other public securities sale offerings, design of stock option plans for employees, etc.), advising lead and placement entities as well as issuers and originators. Beltrán is also an expert in advising on a wide variety of matters such as banking regulations, investment services companies, funds and financial guarantees, as well as advising on distressed transactions and NPLs to sellers and purchasers.
